That's very pretty! I like how u do the red heart and the little flower. May I ask which type of sweet that you're using for the heart?
Hi Elyn, I didn't use the melting sweets method for these hearts. Previously I'd tried that method with two types of sweets but I'd always ended up with incomplete melting regardless when I place them in the oven. These are made with sugar syrup cooked to a hard crack stage.
